Customer Service is key!

Interactions with our donors are critical in developing long-term relationships These interactions help us build strong networks of support and ensure ongoing commitments in support of our mission. This entire process is one of the main reasons we are able to sustain our organization’s goal of providing long-term substance abuse treatment.
When our team meets a donor, it is important to make a good impression. We want to show our gratitude for their generosity, and we also want to represent Beacon House in a way that leaves the donor feeling good about supporting our mission. Our guys take their role as representatives of our program very seriously and are committed to making a positive impact on everyone they meet.
One great way to show gratitude is to talk about how donations are used and how our men should express their gratitude. The money we make from our thrift stores helps us cover the costs of maintaining our treatment facility. This means that when you donate, you’re not just helping us out with extra space in our storerooms – you’re actually giving someone the opportunity to get sober and start rebuilding their life. We’re incredibly grateful for each and every donation we receive, and we hope that our men will take the time to express their thanks in whatever way they feel comfortable. Whether it’s a simple “thank you” or an expression of appreciation, we appreciate any show of gratitude from our residents.
