Nuisances

As stated in the paragraph prior, due to our location, we tend
to get quite a few unruly customers and passersby.
In the case of an unruly customer, please inform the manager. If the customer is combative do not hesitate to ask the manager to call the police. Your safety and the safety of the other residents and customers is what’s most important, don’t be a hero. If there are people loitering in front of the store, do not hesitate to call security. The number for security is located in the manager’s office and at both registers. In the case the police must be called, give your name, the location of the store, and describe the incident.
If you feel or felt you were in danger, tell the dispatcher. The non-emergency LBPD number is also in the manager’s office. In order to prevent the same people from continuing to hassle us, we need to file a report including their description, a description of the incident, and ask for the report number to keep on file. A paper trail will help officers make an arrest if someone is a repeat offender.
