How many coffee mugs is too many coffee mugs?
General merchandise can best be described as items that you will see most commonly.
This ranges from stemware to kitchenware when talking about household items to regular t-shirts and blouses when it comes to clothing. Walk in to any thrift store and you will know exactly what I am talking about. As opposed to having to determine the price for each individual item, we have sought to streamline the process by creating price tiers.
Generally speaking, these items will find their place in tiers 1-4. This doesn’t mean it’s ok to be lazy and start mass printing stickers for these items, as you will find out later some of these items may have more value than you would initially think. This means that after it is determined said items aren’t vintage or collectible and deemed exclusive, you are then able to grade the item and find which tier it falls into. The best way to get a feel for what general merchandise is is to actually spend a few weeks in production, you will have a better idea of what it is I’m talking about.
